COVID-19 Waiver

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19 and it's variants, have been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID- 19 is contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and the use of face masks, and hand sanitizer.

Eastside Academic Studies has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however the program CANNOT GUARANTEE that you and/or your child(ren), will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, entering Lilburn Alliance Church could increase your and/or your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19. The waiver, release, and other representation and covenants set forth in the link below are given in consideration for the Eastside program permitting you and/or your child(ren) to participate in Eastside classes and activities.
