Announcement: Brit Lit's Trial of Frankenstein - Tuesday, March 10, 10:00am
|
One Mission Church, Steinman Hall Eastside’s British Lit students will be staging a civil trial of Victor Frankenstein on March 10. Students have studied Frankenstein and volunteered to be lawyers or witnesses for the defendant and plaintiff. Guest jurors will be able to choose for themselves if Frankenstein should be found liable of negligence, malpractice, and emotional distress in the case brought by his creation. We have community lawyers who have been coaching the legal teams and witnesses so the class can do this unscripted—we won’t know the outcome until the jury announces its verdict at the end of the trial.
Our students would love to let you in on the work they have done for the trial!
