Announcement: Getting Ready for College Online Workshop for 11th and 12th Graders – Thursday, April 16, 7:00pm

Zoom Meeting – https://us02web.zoom.us/j/7505688441, Meeting ID: 750 568 8441

During this interactive workshop, Angela Paul will first explore the pros and cons of going to college.  She will go over a checklist for choosing the right college.  She will close things out with steps to take after you have made the decision for admission and plans for success for that first year and following.  Be sure to bring your questions.

Angela Paul has helped homeschoolers with college admissions since the mid '90's as she chaired the Coalition for Equitable Admissions to the University System of Georgia for homeschoolers in our state.  In 2000, she started NIPA to further aid homeschooling families with college admission.  She and her husband, Jim, homeschooled their four children and their grandniece.  Angela was called out of retirement this school year and began homeschooling her grandson.  She currently teaches science and math for DeKalb Christian Home Educators (DCHE).
