Announcement: A WORD!!! from the Eastside Recycle Club

Hello Eastside! We are the Recycle Club, our members include Cena, Nura, Emmanuel, Elijah, and Tehila, and of course our Club is led by Dr. Happy.

Hey! I’m Cena, writing to tell you why we have the club is to spread environmental awareness to all Eastsiders, and to teach everyone about our footprint we leave on this Earth as humans, and how important it is to change our ways for the better.

To spread the word and get as many people as we can to help our planet stay alive.

Reasons why to Recycle:

1. The US can stop relying on other countries to give us critical substances.

2. We can build buildings and infrastructures from recycled material which means less landfills.

3. The US can save millions of dollars just by recycling and use that money for something else that can benefit the country.

4. Plastic is very dangerous to ecosystems and can easily be recycled, instead of piling up in landfills.

5. We can finally get out of the mindset that recycling is a scam and does not work.

6. We need to protect our oceans because it is our biggest oxygen supporter and a gigantic food supplier.

We believe that we should be more environmentally aware because the more you know about the environment the more you can help animals, people, and the world be a healthier, better place.
