COURSE DESCRIPTION This is a two-semester course (fall and spring) for middle school and high school students. It is a must-take course which is unique because it prepares the student to deal with the “REAL WORLD” as it relates to life preparation and skills, branding yourself and your business, financial empowerment, college planning, career readiness, entrepreneurship, and wealth building. Basically, this is a Generation Next Personal and Professional, Training and Development Course that was designed to empower youth for now and the future. It provides skills they need to set and achieve goals and perform to their full potential – at home, school, life, and work. This course was developed with feedback from students (survey of 350 students) along with the Coach Jeffery Duncan Henderson’s background on life experiences, educational training, corporate work experiences in the financial services industry, traveling internationally on business, interacting with numerous business executive, millionaires, being hired by billionaire J. Mack Robinson who the School of Business at Georgia State is named after. This course is also designed based on Coach Jeffery's oldest daughter graduating from Georgia Tech (Business, Project Management, and Technology) as an honor roll student-athlete in 2018 with money in her pocket, his youngest daughter getting ready to graduate from the University of Georgia (Civil Engineering) as an honor roll student-athlete in 2020 with money in her pocket, one his students receiving a $200,000 scholarship, and other of his students acquiring scholarships. DROP POLICY: Enrollment is for a year-long course. By enrolling in this course, you are committing to a full year of study and full payment of tuition. Exceptions will be made as follows:
LECTURES AND CLASS TIME Class time will primarily be spent on instruction and classroom projects. Students should bring notebooks, writing utensils, and either laptop, smartphone or tablet to each class.

HOMEWORK, TESTS, AND GRADES Students will be given specific assignments to complete each week. Assignments will consist of field trips (20%), participation (20%), homework (20%), quizzes and tests (20%), and final exam (20%). Students will receive feedback on all submitted homework assignments and all other assessments will be returned within 3 days.
INTERNET ACCESS Access to a computer with a high-speed internet connection is required for all students.
