Calculus (AP)

This course and the instructor have been approved to carry the AP credential by the College Board.

Students are not required to take the AP exam, but may list the course as AP level on their high school transcripts.

Required text:  Student Workbooks for both semesters, available at Lulu.com (search Derek Owens Calculus) and a GRAPHING calculator (TI or Casio models acceptable.)

This class will be taught as a college level course.  Students should be prepared to spend enough time in review and practice to become proficient with the concepts.  Please do not sign up for the class unless you are willing to budget 4-5 hours per week outside of class to effective study.
